Barack Obama: Clueless or Sabotuer?

Democrats have been in control of the White House and the Senate since the election of 2008, and the House of Representatives up until this year. The Senate has a legal obligation to pass a budget on an annual basis, but the Democrat-controlled Senate continues to renege on their responsibility by not producing a budget and has not done so for more than two years.

Our leader in the White House, with his tax and spend philosophy, submitted a plan earlier this year, but it was so toxic even his buddies in the Senate wouldn't touch it. That's right, zero support. The vote on Obama’s budget was a humiliating 0-97. Why was his "budget" plan unanimously rejected by the entire Senate? Here's a hint: If passed, Obama's plan would have created $8.7 trillion in new spending, added $13 trillion in new debt over the next 10 years, and levied $1.6 trillion in new taxes on the already over burdened American public.

Even Obama supporters have to admit he has a spending addiction, without any apparent concern for the economic future of our country. Of course Obama was Mr. Responsible, when he was a Senator. When he was Senator Obama, before he was in position to abuse the power of the office of the President, he was really "concerned" about our nation spending itself into oblivion. This is what he said:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America ’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America ’s debt ...weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that ‘the buck stops here..' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”

-- Senator Barack Hussein Obama, March 2006

.

But now that he's in the Oval Office, and has the Federal Reserve printing money out of thin air for him, inevitably destroying the value of our currency, it's quite a different story. To satisfy his insatiable spending, Obama has to have the debt ceiling raised. Therefore he must create an artificial crisis. The "crisis" is not the debt ceiling, it's the government's inability to rein in their outrageous spending; currently borrowing 40 cents on every dollar they spend, seemingly with no remorse. This has to stop for our country to survive, but that is of no concern to this administration and the entrenched Washington elites.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), submitted a plan earlier this year that would have balanced the budget in five years, but it was rejected. Of course Senator Paul would have reduced the size and scope of government, more in line with the Constitution. The big government progressives, from both parties, certainly couldn't live with that, as it would have forced them to live within their means curbing their out of control spending.

Clueless?... far from it. Barack Obama is not incompetent. He said days before the election in 2008, that he wanted to fundamentally transform America. He clearly has disdain for the private sector, as he feels the larger the government, the better. More rules, more regulations, and more control over businesses and the people of America. Example: The Obama regime has done virtually nothing to expand oil drilling in an effort to force high-priced alternative energy sources on Americans. He also has no problem bankrupting the coal industry destroying thousands of jobs and driving up the cost of heating and cooling homes. With his destructive policies over the last 2 years purposely driving our country to the brink of collapse, it should be clear to everyone, that Barack Hussein Obama considers us, not citizens of a Constitutional Republic, but subjects of his Fascist agenda.
